What's built in

  • 3D interactive Three.js hero
  • HUD/sci-fi styled gallery with scroll effects
  • Trilingual: French, English, Arabic
  • Full RTL layout for Arabic

The problem

A nail art business lives and dies on how the work looks — so the site had to feel as crafted as the manicures themselves, not another templated local-business page. On top of that, the target audience spans three languages, including Arabic, which most small-business site builders treat as an afterthought: mirrored CSS instead of a real right-to-left layout.

What's actually built

  • 3D interactive hero — a Three.js scene as the first thing visitors see, instead of a static banner image.
  • HUD/sci-fi styled gallery — the nail art portfolio is presented in a gallery with scroll-driven effects, styled like a heads-up display rather than a plain image grid.
  • Trilingual content — French, English, and Arabic, covering the actual language mix of the client's clientele.
  • Native RTL layout — Arabic isn't just mirrored with CSS transforms; layout, spacing, and reading order follow real right-to-left logic throughout the site.

Approach

Built with Claude Code, the same describe → generate → review loop as everything else I ship. The gallery's scroll effects and the 3D hero went through the most visual back-and-forth — those are the kind of details you have to actually look at to get right, prompt or no prompt. The RTL layout got the most manual scrutiny of anything on the site: it's easy to get an Arabic layout "visually close enough" and still have it be wrong in ways a French or English speaker wouldn't catch.

Stack

React and Vite, with Three.js driving the 3D hero and scroll-based gallery effects — a lighter, framework-free setup than Invomly's, since this is a marketing/portfolio site rather than an app with accounts and billing.
